Cancellation and Refunds

• Full payment to The parent and play network, is required at the  time of booking to secure your place on a course or class, paid in advance  via the website booking system.
• If The parent and play network cancel a class for any reason, an alternative class will be offered first and if that is not suitable for the parent, the session cancelled will be refunded in full.
• If a parent needs to cancel a course or class, The parent and play network must be notified in writing before 14 working days of the course commencing, this will entitle the parent to a full refund, minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees and admin costs.
• If a parent needs to cancel a course or class, due to booking the incorrect course, and it is      more than 14 days prior to the course starting, then the parent will be refunded the full amount minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees and admin costs.
• If a parent wants to transfer their booking to a different course  or class, and it is within 14 days of the course commencing, The parent and play network can do this for you, subject to availability. However, if there is a difference in price, then the parent will be invoiced the difference / refunded the difference minus a 10% fee to cover booking fees and admin costs.
• Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course, is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. However, The parent and play network  will always try to offer you an alternative course or class to attend,  where possible.
• The parent and play network understand that on occasion a class may be missed due to unforeseen circumstances. The parent and play network are under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. However, an alternative class/ catch up session, will be offered, subject to availability. 
• The parent and play network reserve the right to cancel/suspend a course/workshop if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by The parent and play network, a full refund will be given, or an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability.

Welfare and Safety

• Parents must supervise and be responsible for the welfare of their babies at all times whilst attending groups and classes.
• Parents are responsible for gaining GP or Consultants advice and clearance for baby massage if their child has any illness, injury, disability or special need prior to or during the course.
• It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the  instructor of any changes including medical conditions prior to commencing  any class.
• The parent and play network will not be liable for any loss, damage  or injury that may occur in or outside the venue.
• All discussion content shared between attending parents and in the class should be kept confidential.
• Photographs will only be taken with the consent of parents, this will be made known via the booking form.
• Photographs will only be shared on The parent and play networks social media site and website with the consent of parents, made known through the booking form.
• The parent and play network respect your rights to privacy and will protect the general information which you have provided in your booking form to attend a course. We will not share your information with third  parties, and will protect your data from misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration to the best of its ability.
• Please do not attend a baby class if you or a member of your family show signs or symptoms of any infectious illnesses. Remain at home & seek medical advice. Please advise your Instructor.

Qualified and Insured

• Your instructors, Lauren and Kirstyn, are Certified Baby Massage Instructors. The certificates are accredited by the Gateway workshops, training school for massage, beauty and healing. Lauren (18/05/24)
• Your instructors Lauren and Kirstyn, are Certified Baby Yoga Instructors, 
• Your instructor, Lauren and Kirstyn, are Certified Baby sign Instructors,
• Lauren and Kirstyn, your instructors, are DBS checked.
• Lauren and Kirstyn, your instructors, are covered for Professional indemnity,   Public Liability and Medical Malpractice insurance up to £2,000.000, through Westminster Insurance.
