Tiny Steps

Tiny Steps is our gentle, joyful 4‑week programme designed to support your child’s early development while strengthening the bond you share. Each week focuses on a key area of growth, explored through meaningful, play‑based experiences.

Attachment & Bonding

A beautiful session centred on the special relationship between you and your child. Through shared activities, you’ll connect, reflect, and discover how simple everyday moments help build strong, secure relationships.

Sensory Development

Together, you’ll explore the world through curiosity‑led, sensory experiences. These activities support your child’s developing senses, encouraging exploration, discovery, and confidence.

Communication & Language

We’ll look at how children learn to communicate through play. Expect songs, stories, and an introduction to early signing to help boost understanding and expression.

Meaningful Movement

A lively, engaging session focused on movement, coordination, and physical confidence. Through music and action games, children explore balance, body awareness, and the joy of moving freely. Babies and younger children will enjoy an introduction to Baby Yoga. Comfortable clothing is recommended for both adults and children.

Social Development

This week supports children as they begin to build early friendship skills. Activities encourage turn‑taking, cooperative play, noticing others, and joining in group experiences. These shared moments nurture confidence, empathy, and a strong sense of belonging.
